PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE REGISTERING!

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON MAY 2nd TO CURRENTLY PARTICIPATING CLUBBERS AND NBC FAMILIES ONLY.

Registration will open to the public on May 9, 2025. If you have a new clubber and/or you do not attend NBC, your registration WILL BE CANCELLED if it comes through prior to May 9th.

Important instructions for registration:
* Please indicate your child’s grade for NEXT school year.
* If you are NOT a regular attendee of Northshore Bible Church OR an Awana Volunteer, please click on "Add Ons" and add the $10 non-member fee.
* If your child is new to our club or just entering Puggles, Cubbies, Sparks, or T&T, please click on "Add Ons" and add the $15 uniform fee for Puggles/Cubbies/Sparks or $20 uniform fee for T&T.
* We carefully go through every registration checking birthdates, fees and other details. If a mistake has been made, we will make changes and notify you via email.
*If your desired club is full, please email Jenna Vargo (vonandjenna@gmail.com) to be put on the waiting list.

• REGISTRATION FEES EXPLAINED: The base fee for ALL CLUBBERS is $45 + $15 for uniform + $10 non-member/non-volunteer = $70. 
• If you have to cancel ON or BEFORE July 15th, a full refund will be given.
• If you have to cancel AFTER July 15th, NO REFUND will be given.
